If you’d rather have a little help turning a memory into a few polished paragraphs, the handbook also shows you a simple, completely free way to do that: jot down a few honest sentences, paste them into ChatGPT (no account needed) along with the question, and ask it to turn your notes into a few paragraphs in your own voice. Then take what comes back, change anything that doesn’t sound like you, and paste your version into your profile. Your words stay yours – the AI is only ever a starting point.
